June 2026 brings three meaningful additions to the Kustomer platform: in-timeline Facebook comment moderation, a new opt-in correlation field for the Bulk API, and general availability of Amazon SES as an email provider.

### **Facebook Comment Moderation (June 18, 2026)**

Agents can now moderate comments on Facebook Page posts without leaving Kustomer. Directly from the conversation timeline, agents can hide, unhide, and delete Facebook comments. Hidden comments are clearly labeled in the timeline so your team always knows what's visible to the public.

### Bulk API \`\_clientRef\` correlation (June 23rd, 2026)

Customers can include \`\_clientRef\` in Bulk API requests to map each request item back to its \`objectId\` and status in the response.

This helps teams reconcile bulk imports more reliably when creating or updating customers, conversations, companies, notes, messages, and kobjects.

Existing Bulk API requests are unchanged unless customers opt in by sending \`\_clientRef\`.

### **New Email Provider: Amazon SES (June 25th, 2026)**

Amazon SES is now in GA as a new email provider. Customers can move over through a guided, self-service migration that they control and complete in-product. The migration requires updating DNS records and auditing any workflows, business rules, and CSAT senders so they can be swapped to the new email entries. See the [setup guide](https://help.kustomer.com/en_us/enabling-the-amazon-ses-email-channel-in-kustomer-B1fw0fJGMl) for full details.
