Create a snooze status from a workflow

Workflows can be used to set statuses on conversations automatically. Snooze is a unique status in that it takes a few extra steps to update via a workflow because you'll need to update the snooze attribute along with the status attribute.
To update the snooze attribute in a workflow, set the Snooze field to Scheduled in the workflow editor. After selecting this value, you'll find an option to set the length of the snooze in relative minutes.
You can also turn on the JSON toggle to have the Snooze attribute accept JSON data. With this method, you can build a custom time attribute to allow for more granular results, like specifying the snooze time for a specific day and time instead of using relative time.
